4. Intellectual Property

DMWDS Agency's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is Hamburg, Germany.
